DOMESTIC ORDERS:
All orders placed within the US will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, unless upgraded. We offer free USPS First Class Mail on all orders over $75. The standard USPS First Class Mail is not insured, please keep this in mind if there is an issue with your shipping. We give each of our customers the options to upgrade their shipping. Once shipped, you can expect your item within 2-7 days. This does not include the initial 1-2 day processing time.

For all orders placed outside the US, packages will be shipped via First Class Mail. This option does not include tracking and generally takes about 21 days to arrive at its destination (sometimes longer). International shipments may be subject to tax and duty fees. The recipient is responsible for covering these fees. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Mammadova Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages domestically or internationally. In the case that something does go wrong with your carrier we will offer our best advise on how to work with your shipping carrier but it is the buyers responsibility to uncover their lost or stolen items
